Terms of Service for AstroVeda

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AstroVeda mobile application (the "App") operated by MoneyBond ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using AstroVeda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

AstroVeda is an AI-powered Vedic astrology application that provides:

• Personalized daily horoscopes based on your birth chart
• AI-powered astrological chat guidance
• Love and relationship compatibility analysis
• Dream interpretation and analysis
• Wealth and career insights
• Gemstone recommendations
• Numerology readings
• Panchang (Vedic calendar) information
• Moon phase tracking

2. Entertainment Purpose Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: AstroVeda is designed for entertainment, personal reflection, and general informational purposes only. The astrological readings, predictions, compatibility analyses, and guidance provided by this App:

• Are NOT professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, psychological, or relationship advice.
• Should NOT be used as the sole basis for making important life decisions.
• Are generated using AI (Google Gemini) and algorithmic calculations, not by certified astrologers or professionals.
• May not be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.
• Are based on Vedic astrology traditions, which are a belief system and not a scientifically validated method of prediction.

You acknowledge and agree that you use the App's readings and guidance at your own discretion and risk. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals for important decisions regarding health, finances, relationships, and legal matters.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AstroVeda. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts and Data

4.1 No Account Required

AstroVeda does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you provide. Inaccurate birth data will result in inaccurate astrological calculations and readings.

4.3 Data Deletion

You can delete all your stored data at any time through the App's Profile section. Uninstalling the App will also remove all locally stored data.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

AstroVeda offers a free tier with limited daily usage:

• Up to 3 AI chat messages per day
• 1 compatibility analysis per day
• Access to daily horoscope, mood, lucky picks, and do's and don'ts
• Ad-supported experience

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium access is available through the following subscription options:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
• Lifetime (one-time purchase)

Premium features include:

• Up to 50 AI chat messages per day
• Up to 10 compatibility analyses per day
• Up to 10 premium tool uses per day (Dream Decoder, Wealth Dashboard, Gemstone Advisor)
• Ad-free experience

5.3 Billing

All subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page or contact Apple Support.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect for the next billing cycle after you are notified. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent daily usage limits, subscription restrictions, or any other security measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Misrepresent the App's readings as professional advice to others.
• Resell or commercially exploit the App's content or features.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content within AstroVeda, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, icons, designs, UI elements, zodiac illustrations, and software, is the property of MoneyBond or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 AI-Generated Content

Horoscope readings, compatibility analyses, chat responses, dream interpretations, and other AI-generated content are created dynamically and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from the App.

7.3 Trademarks

"AstroVeda," the AstroVeda logo, and related marks are trademarks of MoneyBond. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

AstroVeda relies on third-party services including:

• Google Gemini AI for content generation
• ProKerala for Vedic astrological calculations
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Google AdMob for advertising
• Open-Meteo for geocoding

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. If a third-party service is unavailable, certain features of the App may not function as expected.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ASTROLOGICAL READINGS, AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP.

We do not warrant that astrological calculations are accurate or that AI-generated guidance is appropriate for your situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MONEYBOND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the App's readings, predictions, or guidance.
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the App.
• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Any damages exceeding the amount you have paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneyBond, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the App. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoneyBond regarding your use of AstroVeda and supersede any prior agreements.
